Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by the impugned order dated 05.12.2017 (Annexure - P/1) passed by respondent No. 3, petitioner has been held ineligible for appointment on the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) on the ground that she has submitted her mark-sheet issued on 04.10.2017 i.e. after the date of advertisement dated 24.07.2017. Therefore, the petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the Zila Panchayat, Bilaspur.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the Zila Panchayat, Bilaspur expeditiously and, in turn, the said authorities shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation for redressal of her grievances expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of representation. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
