1. It has been reported by Superintendent Central Jail Ambikapur (C.G.) vide memo dated 17.11.2019 that the Appellant has already been released from after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that since the Appellant has already released from jail after completion of his entire jail sentence, therefore, he does not want to press this instant appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
