Alleged contumacious act on the part of the Respondent in giving effect to the direction dated 27.08.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (PIL) No. 33 of 2012 is brought to the notice of this Court by way of a contempt of Court case. 2.

When the matter was taken up for consideration on 05.02.2020, there was no representation and hence adjourned to this week. Same is the position today as

well. It appears that the Petitioner has lost the interest in the alleged cause of action and also that the defects pointed out by the Registry are not cured till date.

Contempt petition stands dismissed.
