(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's fair price shop has been suspended by respondent No. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) vide order dated 21.03.2013 but no proceedings has been initiated under the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004.
(2) Be that as it may, respondent No. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer (R), Rajpur is directed to disposed of the above-stated proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if already not disposed of.
