Vide order dated 05/12/2019 passed in CRA No. 966/2002, the name of counsel for the Appellant has inadvertently typed as Mr. Anurag Kaushik, whereas the correct name of the counsel is Mr. Anurag Khatri. The mistake is rectified.

It is directed that in the order dated 05/12/2019, the name of counsel for the Appellant shall be read as Mr. Anurag Khatri as counsel for the Appellant.
