1. Perused the report received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Durg, wherein it has been reported that Appellant Suhel Akhtar has already been released from jail on 26.02.2010 after completion of the jail sentence imposed upon him by the trial Court.

2. Since, Appellant has already been released after completion of his entire jail sentence, learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he does not want to press the instant appeal.
