The relief sought for in the instant Writ Petition is for issuance of direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Siksha Karmi-Grade-II (Physical Education). 2.

The Writ Petition is of the year 2011 and it is pending consideration before this Court from about 7 years now.

When the Writ Petition was filed, the petitioner was aged around 44 years and on date, the age of the petitioner now would be well over 51 years

of age. As such, the petitioner even if the Writ Petition would be allowed has crossed all the permissible age limits of obtaining Government Employment. 4.

Therefore, without further going into the merits of the case, this Court declines it to entertain the Writ Petition only on this ground of the petitioner having crossed all the permissible upper age limit of recruitment under the respondents.

The view of this Court stands fortified by a decision passed by this Court in WPS No. 3292/2013 d/on 03/07/2018 (U.Ravi Patnayak v. Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited & Ors.) which is also been affirmed by the division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No. 639/2018 d/on 24/08/2018.

In view of the aforesaid decisions, the instant Writ Petition stands rejected.
