1. Vide PUD dated 15.01.2020 received from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Surajpur, District Surajpur(C.G.), it has been reported that appellant had died on 10.09.2012. Death Certificate is also annexed with the PUD.

2. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to press the instant appeal as appellant had already died.
