Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 15/09/2021

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the benefit of higher pay scale has not been granted to the petitioner on the post of Assistant Grade-II in spite of the recommendation of the High Power Committee and the other employees of the department are getting the same for which he has already made representation.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner will be decided.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation within four weeks from today before the concerned authority and that will be considered by the authority within six weeks from the date of representation in accordance with law.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
