Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's fair price shop has been suspended by the competent authority by order dated 18.03.2013 (Annexure - P/1) which deserves to be quashed. 2.

Learned State counsel would submit that proceedings for cancellation of fair price shop of the petitioner has been initiated and is pending consideration.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to decide the petitioner's case for cancellation of his fair price shop, if not already decided, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
