1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.269/2020 registered at Police Station- Baloda, District JanjgirChampa, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 363 & 364(A) of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this application and seeks to withdraw the same.
