ACQA No.5 of 2015 having already been admitted for hearing, State's prayer for leave to appeal is allowed. Accordingly, Cr.M.P. No. 197 of 2015 is allowed. Respondent/ accused has already been represented by Shri Rishi Rahul Soni, therefore, fresh notice in Cr.M.P. is not required. Shri Rishi Rahul Soni would accept notice for respondent in Cr.M.P. also. Paper book prepared for Acquittal Appeal shall also be treated as paper book for Cr.M.P.

Separate Acquittal Appeal be registered as a consequence of

allowing Cr.M.P. No.197 of 2015.

Post both the Acquittal Appeals for final hearing in due course. Memo of Cr.M.P. and Acquittal Appeal filed by the State shall be supplied to Shri Rishi Rahul Soni, Advocate.
