A report regarding death of applicant Mohan Sindhi has been received with covering memo No. 673/1-15-1/92 dated 26-3-2021 sent by the District and Sessions Judge, Raipur along with the report of 8th Addl. Sessions Judge, Raipur, copy of statement of Sushil Bhojwani who is said to be son of the applicant and photocopy of death certificate of the applicant. 2.

As per aforesaid report, the applicant has died on 20-102012. 3.

Legal heirs of the applicant have not filed any application for further prosecuting this revision.

Since the applicant is reported to be died and no application for further prosecuting this revision has been filed by the Legal Heirs of the applicant, this revision filed by the applicant has abated. 5.
