Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the termination order dated 29.09.2017, representation/objection was submitted by the petitioner as per the stipulation in termination order itself on 05.10.2017 but till date, no decision has taken place. 2.

In view of above submission, without commenting upon the merits of the case, at this stage, this petition is finally disposed off with the direction to respondent No.3 to decide petitioner's objection/ claim by speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
