Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset fairly submits that in the present case similar orders may be passed as in other similar cases CONT No. 702/2017 and batch of petitions which were finally disposed off vide order dated 05-03-2018.

In view of the said submission this contempt petition is dismissed, however, the petitioner is left to working out the remedy to seek either reinstatement in service or for payment of last wages drawn under Section 17(B) of the Industrial dispute Act either in the pending writ petition or before the executing Court.
