1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondents are not fixing and granting salary to the petitioner as per the recommendations of the various pay commissions for which he has also made several representations (Annexure P/9) but that have not been considered.

2. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner's representations will be considered in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

4. Be that as it may, respondents are directed to consider and decide petitioner's representations (Annexure P/9) strictly in accordance with law within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents in support of his representations (if any) within two weeks from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
