1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the private respondents and the petitioner have promoted by order dated 07.07.2008 (Annexure P/2) but petitioner has been placed at Sr. No.9 and private respondents have placed above the petitioner in the gradation list which is not in accordance with law and they must be placed

below the petitioner in the gradation list as they are juniors for which petitioner has already made representation to the State Government for correction in the gradation list and in order dated 07.07.2008 which may be directed to decide.

3. Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioner's representation within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation to the State Government and the State Government will consider and decide the petitioner's representation after hearing all concerned by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
