For Respondent No. 2 : Smt. Fouzia Mirza, Advocate Order On Board 18/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by respondents No. 1 & 2 for the purpose of widening of Raipur-Dhamtari National Highway, in lieu of which an award has been passed on 18.07.2016 in favour of the petitioner by respondnet No. 3, but till date the compensation as awarded has not been disbursed by respondents No. 1 and 2. The petitioner has also preferred several representation but to no avail, hence this writ petition. (2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, the respondents No. 1 and 2 are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
