Pursuant to this Court's order dated 16.09.2019, a report has been submitted by the Station House OfÏcer, Patewa, District Mahasamund informing this Court that sole appellant Neelkanth Goralekar S/o Devanand Goralekar has expired. Death certificate issued by the Department of Finance, Planning, Economics and Statistics, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Government of Chhattisgarh has also been annexed.

State counsel has also confirmed this fact.

In view of the death of sole appellant and in absence of any application for bringing his legal representatives on record, the criminal revision abates and the same is accordingly dismissed as abated.
