We are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 06.12.2018 at this juncture, the submission so made with regard to necessity of obtaining sanction first before the submission of charge-sheet etc. and all such points can be urged either before the learned Single Judge or before the trial Court. 3.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
