1. In compliance to order dated 29.08.2019, State counsel was granted time to verify the Report regarding death of the applicant.

2. Today, State counsel has submitted the report along with death certificate of the sole applicant namely Naresh Tiwari who died on 22.04.2011. Death certificate has also been filed.
