1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that both the applicants namely, Aman alias Hemant Soni and Manoj Kumar Jain

have died. Copies of death certificates of both the applicants have been filed and they are taken on record. No application has been filed by the legal heirs of the applicants to prosecute the case on their behalf.
