1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no instructions on behalf of the appellant. In the present case, SPC was issued to the appellant. As per report SPC has been served but there is no response on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal, therefore, this Court has no option except dismissed the instant second appeal.

3. Accordingly, the instant second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
