1. The Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the appellant has been returned unserved with report from the Superintendent of Police, North Bastar, Kanker. It has been returned alongwith true copy of death certificate of the appellant- Maan Singh Kasture S/0 Bhaiyya Ram according to which he has expired on 16.11.2017.

2. As none of the legal representatives of the appellant come forward to prosecute this appeal, this appeal is dismissed as having abated.
