1. The petitioner appeared in the selection process for recruitment of Supervisors in the Directorate of Woman and Child Development Department, Chhattisgarh. A reading of para-3 of the writ petition narrating 'Particulars of the orders against which the Petition is preferred' would indicate that the selection process was already completed even on the date of filing of the writ petition, but yet the petitioner seeks issuance of writ/order or command to allow her to compete for the 20% seats reserved for STs in the State of Chhattisgarh, as provided under the

Chhattisgarh Lok Sewa (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Janjatiyon Aur Anya Pichde Varg Ke Liye Aarakshan) Adhiniyam, 1994.

2. Since selection process is already complete, no writ can be issued disturbing the allocation of seats for different categories.
