Agrawal Order On Board 26/06/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that order of the Electricity Consumer Redressal Forum, Raipur has been challenged by way of this petition, by which, the said Forum has set aside the demand of Rs.2,29,503/- for the purpose of shifting of line.

(2) On the other hand, counsel for the respondent would submit that electricity connection has been given to the respondent without shifting of line. (3) In view of submission made on behalf of respondent, the writ petition is closed for the present.
