An application (IA-1 of 2019) for condonation of delay in payment of final instalment of Rs.84,000/- to the landlord on behalf of the tenant has been filed. Though time was granted till 1st March, 2019 to pay the outstanding dues, however, for reasons communicated in the petition, Rs.49,500/- was sent by Speed Post by way of Demand Draft dated 01.03.2019 and the balance amount of Rs.34,500/- has been despatched on 5th March, 2019 by another Demand Draft dated 05.03.2019.

The delay of four days, therefore, is condoned. The application now stands disposed off. However, the Court would record that if for any reasons, the above payments do not accrue to the landlord, he is free to approach the Court for action against the applicants.
