1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 29.12.2020, whereby the petitioner has been posted to the Govt. High School, Chatakpur, Block Duldula, District Bilaspur from the present place of posting i.e. Govt. Higher Secondary School, Jashpur.

2. On perusal of the record, it would clearly reflect that the impugned order is not a usual order of transfer made on administrative ground. The impugned order in fact is an order of promotion

promoting the petitioner from the post of Assistant Grade-III to Assistant Grade-II. Thus, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned order.

3. As regards, the personal inconveniences that the petitioner has in respect of the place of posting, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authorities by making suitable representation, which if made, the respondent authorities are expected to take a decision in accordance with law governing the field at the earliest.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
