Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of posting made in favour of the Petitioner.

The Petitioner also had an interim protection in his favour since 26.9.2013 onwards.

By efflux of time the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed and therefore nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition which deserves to be disposed of.

Needless to mention that the Respondents are hereby restrained from implementing the impugned order of posting against the Petitioner, with a right to the respondent authorities that in the event of any administrative exigency, appropriate orders can be passed by them.
