From the affidavit which has now been filed on behalf of the Collector, Bilsapur, appropriate direction has been issued to the Tahsildar, Kota to correct the revenue records as well as take appropriate action in terms of Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, if required against the occupants. 2.

One of the reason for filing of the present writ petition was inaction on the part of the State authorities. Since the Petitioner has succeeded in galvanizing the State administration, he has achieved his object. 3.

PIL stands disposed off.
