1. Heard.

2. Mr. Vivek Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that petitioner was appointed on the post of 'Panchayat Karmi' by Gram Panchayat, Ooghyaon, Tahsil Sonhat, District Korea, but he has not been given joining and in the return filed, it is the stand of respondent No. 4 that another 'Panchayat Karmi' has been appointed by the Gram Panchayat against which the petitioner made a representation before the Collector, Korea on 06/10/2008 which has not been considered and decided.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is directed to move a fresh representation before the Collector, Korea within three weeks from today and the Collector, Korea is directed to consider the old as well as the fresh represenation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and decide it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s). It Is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
