1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has passed B.Ed. from the recognized university and filed documents but which has not been considered by respondent No.4 holding that he is not obtained the certificate from the recognized university, therefore, his name is not included in the provisional select list of Shiksha Karmi Grade-II. He further submits that the petitioner has already made representation in that regard.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.4 is directed to consider that whether the petitioner's B.Ed. certificate is with a recognized university or not in accordance with application rules and regulation and proceed in accordance with law within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
