Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner by order dated 10/10/2019 has been transferred from Bilaspur to Gariyaband on the administrative ground.

It is contended that Annexure P-3 would show that the petitioner had earlier rendered service at Gariyaband which is scheduled area and as per the transfer policy person who has rendered service for more than three years in scheduled area they are normally not to be posted again in the scheduled area and it is stated that said transfer has been made to accommodate others.

Considering the facts of this case, since the petitioner has again been transferred to the scheduled area, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation in this regard within a period of 15 days from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee with all the relevant documents and same be decided in accordance with the transfer policy at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. Till the

representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer of the petitioner, shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date. 4.
