1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would
submit that though the petitioner was selected on the post of Shiksha Karmi GradeIII Janpad Panchayat, Podi-Uproda on the basis of merit but he was called for counseling but he was not given appointment on the ground that he has passed the D.Ed.
examination from Delhi Board. According to the petitioner it is recognized board and some of the appointees who possess the same certificate have been granted appointment on the basis of D.Ed. obtained from the Delhi Board. Consequently he made representation on 28.03.2011 to Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Korba, which has not been considered and decided.
3. Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If representation is decided in petitioner's favour the concerned Chief Executive Officer is further directed to consider the petitioner's case in accordance with law for the post of Shiksha Karmi
Grade-III.
4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
