Taking into consideration the peculiar nature of relief sought for and that the substantive relief sought for has to be granted by State of Madhya Pradesh and the petitioner also subsequently finally allocated to the State of Madhya Pradesh and is at present posted at Bhopal (M.P.).

In the opinion of this Court, this High Court may not have jurisdiction to entertain this petition and the petition needs to be transferred and heard by High Court of Madhya Pradesh.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transfer the case to the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
