1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been regularized by order dated 13.08.2008 on the pay scale of Semi Skilled Labour whereas, the services of the petitioner should have been regularized on the pay scale of Skilled Labour for which petitioner has already made representation that may be directed to considered by respondent No.3.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking

order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within two weeks from today.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
