1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the petitioner was working as daily wager but his services has discontinued, thereafter he made a representation on 25.05.2009 for permitting to join and work but no action has been taken on the representation of the petitioner.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

However, petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within a week. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
