Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 21/1/2016 The applicant had preferred the instant revision against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 02.02.2005 passed by the Sessions Judge, Raipur in Criminal Appeal No.331 of 2004, which in turn, arise out of judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 07.12.2004 passed by JMFC, Gariyaband District Raipurin Criminal Case No.1553 of 2002. Learned counsel for the applicant would make statement at the bar and would show to this Court the death certificate issued by the Registrar, Birth and Death, Gariyaband District Raipur, duly attested by SHO, PS, Gariyaband certifying that applicant Ubhay Ram S/o Matwar had died on 15.08.2006.

Copy of the death certificate is retained and made part of the record of the criminal revision.
