Prayer is made by the petitioner that the mother of the petitioner was Anganbadi worker, she died in harness on 21.11.2019; therefore, an application has been filed for compassionate appointment by the petitioner, that may be directed to be decided by the respondents.

Considering the limited prayer made, without any observation on merit, it is directed that the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment, which is filed as Annexure P-4 shall be decided by the respondents within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
