Order On Board 15/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that under the terms of the agreement entered into between the petitioner and respondent No. 5, Sub Divisional Officer is the competent authority to decide the disputes whereas the decision has been taken by the District Programme Officer.

(2) Be that as it may, Sub Divisional Officer, Revenue Bemetara, District Bemetara is directed to hear the parties and decide the dispute by passing reasoned and speaking order expeditiously preferabley within a period of two week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as the petitioner's representation is already pending consideration before the SDO, Bemetara in this regard.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
