2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for demarcation of land has been taken up for consideration by the Tehsildar, Bilaspur in his absence on 3.1.2019. He would submit that the notice was served on the petitioner at 4:00 p.m. on 3.1.2019 itself and the demarcation was carried on behind his back without using Chanda Munara, however, the demarcation report has not yet been served on the petitioner.
3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Tehsildar, Tehsil Bilaspur - respondent No.3 to carry out fresh demarcation in the presence of the petitioner and other adjoining land owners within a period of 2 months from today with the help of Chanda Munara.
