1. Perused the P.U.D dated 08.09.2008 received from Central Jail, Raipur wherein, it has been reported that Appellant has been released from jail on 09.05.2012 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Since, Appellant has been released from jail, therefore, counsel for the Appellant doesn't wants to press this appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
