This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved by the action of the respondent No. 1 who is not disconnecting the electric supply in the house alloted to the petitioner on lease and is also deducting the electric bill from petitioner's salary.

Petitioner, present in person, submits that he may be allowed to make a fresh representation before respondent No. 1. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation before the respondent No. 1 for redressal of his grievance that will be considered and decided by respondent No. 1 expeditiously after hearing the petitioner as well as respondent No. 2 - Smt. Rajshree Naidu

within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
