This is second bail application filed before this Court under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. by these applicants. They have been arrested on 16-09-2020 in connection with Crime No.40/2020 registered at Police Station - Odgi, District - Surajpur, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 307/34 of the IPC.

This is repeat application filed by the applicants for grant of regular bail. Their earlier application, MCRC No.6993/2020 has been dismissed on merits on 05-11-2020.
