1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the State has filed their

return on 22.11.2017. He further submits that along with the return, the State has also annexed letter dated 31.10.2017 issued by the Thana Incharge, Police Station - City Kotwali, District - Korba by which the police has directed the complainant to appear before them for recording of his statement.

2. In view of the said direction issued by the Thana Incharge, City Kotwali, Korba, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Thana Incharge, City Kotwali, Korba between 10th July to 15th July, 2021 for recording of his statement.

3. In view of such development, nothing survives for adjudication by this Court.
