Learned State Counsel on perusal of record submits that the Petitioner herein has subsequently been promoted on the post of Assistant Director, Public Relations. 3.

It also appears that the Petitioner has since been superannuated from services.

Given the facts, this Court is of the opinion that the grievance of the Petitioner seems to have got redressed.
