1. Perusal of the the communication dated 30.01.2018 received from the Dy. Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Durg, would show that the appellant has suffered his entire jail sentence even for the non-payment of the fine amount and he has been released on 30.01.2018.
2. In view of the above learned counsel for the appellant do not want to prosecute this appeal on merits.
3. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous as the appellant has already suffered his entire jail sentence.
