1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 15-10-2020 in connection with Crime No. 186 of 2020 registered in Police Station- Pusour, District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 304-B of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
