Course in the petitioner-Educational Society is pending consideration before the respondents authority and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Be that as it may, the respondents-authority are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for affiliation expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if it has not been considered and decided till date.
