1. Challenge in this petition is to the order of reinstatement of respondent No.1 directed by the Labour Court, Bilaspur.

2. Learned State Counsel would inform, on instructions by the Executive Engineer Shri Markam that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent No.1 was regularized in service and has thereafter retired in the month of May, 2019. It is also informed that all admissible dues at the time of superannuation and other pensionary benefits have already been settled.
